At the World Kettlebell Lifting Championships, November 3rd and 4th, 2007, in Miami, Florida, the Women’s Professional Division competed in the 1-arm Jerk and the Snatch using a 16kg Kettlebell. This video features Kelly Moore performing in both 1-arm Jerk and Snatch. Kelly attained Master of Sport World Class Rank at the World Kettlebell Lifting Championships with 187 Reps. Jerk and 178 Reps. Snatch. She was also the Coefficient winner in this event.

At the World Kettlebell Lifting Championships, November 3rd and 4th, 2007, in Miami, Florida, the Men’s Professional Division competed in the Jerk using two 70lb. Kettlebells. On March 22, 1992 (his 19th Birthday), Valery completed 130 Jerks as part of his record-breaking performance of 318 reps. This was a Juniors competition (under 20), but he also broke the All-time 80kg Men’s World Record.
