   Let’s try that again. These KB’s aren’t hollow, i think that have a rubber coating on them (so they don’t damage your floor), but it certainly gives the the appearance they’re hollow!

    These girls have sportsbras on. They tend to make them look smaller. Give them a break. They can’t unleash the twins when they are hittin’ the kettlebells. That’s how injuries happen. Besides if it is a fad it is better than being overweight right?
