		<description>&lt;b&gt;Sorry...but that's ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; Sorry...but that's a good way to get hurt.  It was all upper body as opposed to using your hips to drive the kettel bell up.  If you feel a strain in your arm/shoulder, you're doing it wrong.</description>
