Sorry…but that’s … Sorry…but that’s a good way to get hurt. It was all upper body as opposed to using your hips to drive the kettel bell up. If you feel a strain in your arm/shoulder, you’re doing it wrong.
I’ve been working … I’ve been working out for 13 years and been personal training for 3-I recently added Kettlebells to my workout just to improve on strength and to try something new, along with the TRX-this is a very good video. thanks

The demo of technique was lazy, as there was not enough snap in the hips driving the bell up to the clean.
