i really need to lose weight and i am desperate for good methods to weight loss any ideas has anyone tried kettlebell dance dance revolution and what really works? HELP!!!!!!
anythign that gets you moving in anyway that you will enjoy enough to stick to it (and more than you were previously) will be effective at burning more calories. however, unfortunately weight loss is more about what you eat. exercise is primarily effective at helping you maintain muscle mass and increase your metabolism so that when your diet slips you will not be effected as badly. it's INFINATELY important to balance all the components of fitness: diet, weight training, hydration, supplementation and aerobic activities. good luck.
