Get Six Pack Abs with Kettlebells and Hill Sprints

Here I am at my gym, the park! This is a brutal workout complex of kettlebell clean and press, hill sprint and then 10 push-ups at the top. I filmed my first three sets as the next few were pretty sloppy due to fatigue.

    Hey thanks, yes the push-ups could be better. But form is the last thing I was worrying about by the time I got to the top of the hill. This sure did boost the metabolism!

    Yes, those pushups could tighten up a little bit, but if your goal is to keep your metabolism hoppin’ rather than preparing for an Army PT test they will probably work just fine.

    Keep your head up when you do push ups. You’re not going down far enough – you’re body’s not breaking the plane formed by your elbows and heels. I say none of those pushups counted.

    yes it is. High intensity interval training such as this will burn some calories during the workout, but will burn a ton for the 24 hours by elevating your metabolism.

    Good workout, hill sprints are a killer. I wouldnt worry about ‘looking’ slow, my bro is a college sprinter and he hates looking at himself on film as he thinks he looks really slow. I guess it gives you more of an appreciation for the fast athletes you see on tv, imagine how rapid they are in real life!

    Love the video! Just started using Kettlebells. What a great workout and way to trim down and build muscle. I am going to try this routine of yours tomorrow. I am always looking for new fitness routines.
