Here I am at my gym, the park! This is a brutal workout complex of kettlebell clean and press, hill sprint and then 10 push-ups at the top. I filmed my first three sets as the next few were pretty sloppy due to fatigue.

Yes, those pushups could tighten up a little bit, but if your goal is to keep your metabolism hoppin’ rather than preparing for an Army PT test they will probably work just fine.
Keep your head up … Keep your head up when you do push ups. You’re not going down far enough – you’re body’s not breaking the plane formed by your elbows and heels. I say none of those pushups counted.

I wouldnt worry about ‘looking’ slow, my bro is a college sprinter and he hates looking at himself on film as he thinks he looks really slow. I guess it gives you more of an appreciation for the fast athletes you see on tv, imagine how rapid they are in real life!
