WORK THOSE ABS!!!! and 1 and 2…*Richard Simmons screams KEEP GOING* WOOOOO?
So Im trying to make a more formal workout for when I go to the gym in the mornings at 7am before my art class that I go to. So for this summer Im going to start with:
15 bodyweight rows, 25 bodyweight squats, 15 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers, 10 close grip pushups, and 15 bodyweight rows. Later on I will be changing it a little and have a goal where I would be able to eventually do
Pullups - 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135lbs - 50 reps
Pushups - 50 reps
24-inch Box jumps - 50 reps
Floor wipers - 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell - 50 reps
Pullups - 25 reps
with no scheduled rest in between moves in around 20 minutes. Can anyone suggest any other workouts that I can put into my regimen???? I wont take any supplements other than Extra Whey Protein. I take Optimum Nutrition. I dont really like creatine and all that becuz of the chemicals and side effects.
I am aware that the workout I have a s a goal to be able to do is intense. I dont plan to do that for a LONG time.

I am lucky and was born with a super fast metabolism.
I mainly just run and do crunches and push-ups. Haha. If you can do it, go for it.
