Women Muscle Gain Supplements?

I am a 19yr old college student. I work-out at home and I am prepping myself for the P90X home workout system. The thing is, I need to lose at least 10 pounds before I can do it so I do not stress old injuries as much. I do a lot of kettlebell, plyometrics and get in as much cardio as i can. I am not looking for a quick fix but looking for the best that money can buy as I do not want to spend my money on something that is useless and will never work. I have tried SlimQuick and Xantrex and such, but none worked. I was also on a Rapid Ab Cut type product but i cannot handle all the caffeine and ephedra that it was pumping into me. I would like something that is geared towards women. Something that is a muscle builder/enhancer as opposed to strictly a fat burner. And something I can pick up at WalMarts, GNC or a health food store. I do not order anything offline and not from other countrys.
im not looking for anything magic, i just want a pill or a supplement that is a good muscle builder. it would be nice to get the fat burner first, but muscle eats fat so I want to help the process along… i need a muscle biulding supplement that isnt just pure cretien or protein.. maybe a mix of it. I dont want to be mixing four differnt shakes or taking a handful of pills.. the reason why i said i need to lose about 10 pounds is because my knees have both been injured by horseback riding and bull riding.. and the P90X system is very intense, so i would like to get alittle weight off before i do it so that i dont stress my knees out as much. so most importantly, a good muscle builder whether in pill or powdered form.
im not looking to loose weight.. im looking to lose fat and gain muscle… if i wanted to just lose weight i would have done some "miracle cure" pill or weird strict diet to loose "weight"… i care about the fat percentage of my body then losing 5-8pounds of water weight or "temporary" weight loss.
the reason why i want a muscle builder is because i cannot go out and run 20miles or lift 50+ pounds.. my knees cannot handle that type of stress load.. i use a 10, 15 and 20 pound kettlebell. I run about 1-10miles in a day. I do about anywhere between 30-50 pushups, tricep dips, etc a day. and about 300 crunchs and 100 situps. I am not seeing the results that should be seeing as i have a slower metabolism and my body just has lower levels of everything. My docter recommended to talk to a "professional" at GNC or other health centers like it, but i would like to go in with some knowledge of at least a few products in there, or say without a doubt what supplements/vitamins/minerals that i want

    I take a combination with of the Dr. Max Powers HGH Spray and the Dr. Max Powers Testosterone Boost.

    And I feel strong.

    I am getting bigger, stronger, leaner. And it is good to stay lean in the muscle building phase it means you dont have too much maintaining to do in the cut-up phase. I have the phases because of the cycles Dr Max Powers recommends and they give you what they said on the bottle. But to stay with the point. I have more muscle and I am stronger and it gives me the beast inside to take it to the next level. And once you have that you have it and keep it…highly recommended!
