		<description>See if you can find a local gym or store that has a few kettlebells available for sale.  I&#039;ve found them locally at Play It Again Sports.  Try the 16kg, 20kg, and 24kg sizes.  Whichever one is a bit of a challenge without being impossible is what you should do.  I&#039;m a bit lighter (185lbs), also 26, and fairly fit.  I quickly outgrew a 35lb/16kg kettlebell for many of the core kettlebell exercises, and adding a 24kg became an immediate priority (partly because I want to work up to the RKC certification exercises being very doable, if not easy).  So for you 20-24kg would be my first inclination, but worth testing before you buy. - Roy</description>
