LGBT: *Richard Simmons screams WORK THOSE ABS!!!!!* Any suggestions?

Im asking you guys becuz theres no life in Diet&Fitness of Y!A. There isn't really anyone there.
So Im trying to make a more formal workout for when I go to the gym in the mornings at 7am before my art class that I go to. So for this summer Im going to start with:
15 bodyweight rows, 25 bodyweight squats, 15 pushups, 50 jumping jacks, 20 mountain climbers, 10 close grip pushups, and 15 bodyweight rows. Later on I will be changing it a little and have a goal where I would be able to eventually do (and this will probably eb along time from now)
Pullups – 25 reps
Deadlifts with 135lbs – 50 reps
Pushups – 50 reps
24-inch Box jumps – 50 reps
Floor wipers – 50 reps
Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
Pullups – 25 reps
with no scheduled rest in between moves. Can anyone suggest any other workouts that I can put into my regimen???? Whats your workout??? I wont take any supplements other than Extra Whey Protein. I take Optimum Nutrition. I dont really like creatine and all that becuz of the chemicals and side effects.

@Butterbing: how could i forget the crunches lol…anywhos…this workout targets all the main muscle groups already. but sure…why not. *writes down crunches on list* but UGH!!!…I remember when I used to do dance….demon dance teacher who made us do a crazy workout. and that monster loved crunches.
so i'll add three sets of eight to 12 repetitions of swiss-ball crunches to my beginning routine. :) ))

Okay, I don't eat much junk at all. I don't really like chocolate and sweets. I drink water and sometimes have a baguette (I made) or cook some fish or something. So I don't really put on much 'fat'.

I also walk to my uni lectures (20 mins) and sometimes jog to my tutorials and back from work. It sort of tones my body.

I also don't smoke at all (maybe the odd one here-and-there) and drink wine socially (which is a healthier option).

Yes, I am shamefully healthy :( .
