Okay, so I wanted to get kettlebells..but I was wondering what is the weight I should choose for them? I would like to tone up and not BULK up..soo I am thinking the weight of the kettlebell chosen is crucial…also what are some good workouts with them? Please and thank you for your time!
You won’t bulk up. It just won’t happen. There is nothing to worry about in that regard. So if you are very out of shape, you’ll start with 2 or 5 pounders and work up as you strengthen. You really can lift quite heavy and never have to worry about becoming as muscled as a man.
