Kettlebell workout, gimme some hardcore routines!?

I do double clean jerk 10×10 with 120seconds rest between sets with 2 x 24kg kettlebells.

I almost always throw up a little right after the 8-9 set mark. Beyond the limits.

I love it! lol

Gimme some more hardcore workouts for my kettlebells :D

Nice man … kettlebell double clean and jerks are awesome. Super tough exercise.
