Is there a website or other where I could find a dvd that would give an idea of how to get started using my kettlebell? I already have a kettlebell so I dont need any of the packages that Ive seen advertised. I also dont want to spend a fortune either so none of the £50 offers Ive seen online. I thought amazon would have been a cert but theyve nowt.
