I am looking for a serious kettlebell workout from an expert on the subject.
I would like the workout to combine bodyweight exercises with kettlebells for some extreme condiditoning.
I currently own 2 – 40lb. kettlebells

Do al little research online. Best way to research it is to look for russian kettle bell training. Those guys know their stuff and have been doing it for years.
