does kettlenetics workout really work?

there is a kettlenetics workout using a kettlebell weight…..does it work?????

Kettlenetics is about as good as any other aerobics gimmick out there. I like kettlebells, but dancing around with a puny one isn't going to do much. If you're interested in kettlebells, I suggest browsing around Dragon Door.

They have a ton of info and make the best bells I've ever used.
