I’m an experienced lifter, but its time to throttle down on some of the powerlifting I’ve done. I won’t cut out the lifting completely, but I’m looking for something that will assist my functional strength, flexibility, fat loss, and quickness for golf (seriously). Thanks.
I can do snatch. With the Farmer’s Walk, would I handle the heaviest kettle on the rack with one hand or both (in terms of effectiveness)?
How would I do the Press? The video didn’t come up.
The video comment was meant for something else. Sorry.
Kettlebell snatch for explosiveness, press for strength. Farmer’s walk for grip. Weighted pull-ups and dips for functional strength. High intensity interval training (HIIT) for fat-burning. Stretching for flexibility. Don’t be afraid of yoga if you don’t know how to stretch, plus it will help your posture (golf stance).
