What's the best way to start a kettlebell training program?

I'm 5'4'', 135lbs and want to tone up everywhere and lose weight. Until a few months ago I was on the elliptical machine 5 days a week for 40 minutes and lifting a few weights here and there (not consistently). I have been reading about kettlebell training and I want to start it. My question is what size (weight) of kettlebell is best for someone like me to begin with? And can anyone reccommend a good video to get started with? I've seen some stuff on YouTube. It looks fun! Also where in Ontario can I buy kettlebells?

this guy is supposed to be the kettlebell guru…check out his website…get some of his videos…maybe even buy his kettlebels…although an internet search and you may be able to find some cheaper ones

If you want a killer workout that cuts your running time in half and gives you better results (without burning muscle), this is what I'm doing: http://www.bellyflabtruth.com
There is a breakthrough scientific way to strength train and run for maximum results. ( Longer isn't better) These exercises burn more calories than any that I've seen before. I believe that you can get a free 80 page preview. and I know that there are kettle bell exercises in it. Anyway, Don't give up!
