What size kettlebell to buy?
I’ve been lifting for a little over a year and I’ve done a little kettlebell training in the past. My question is should I buy a 35 or 45 pound kettlebell?
Thanks for the advice, it helped me make up my mind. I'm going to get the 35, thanks again.
If you are only going to buy one, I would get the lighter one - it will let you do more exercises. In fact, I use kettlebells quite a bit, and if I were going to just buy one, that is the size I would buy (16kg/35lbs) - I think its the most versatile. I would buy that one, then save up and buy the more as I went.
Of course this all depends on what you are doing with it, and your personal strength. If you can do most of the exercises easily with the 45, get that one.
