is this going to make me lose weight really fast?

im 204 pounds, 5 foot and female. iv been exercising for 12 hours a day, so ive been spliting the hours up between the day so i can have a break. ive been doing kettlebell exercises, doing interval training on bike and tredmill and also iv been using a powerplate. and ive been eating 1000 calories a day. how much weight would i lose a day? i know this is stupid but im going on hoilday in a few days and i need to lose a bit of weight fast

there is absolutely NO WAY that working out 12 hours a day will be helpful!
omg that sounds like death .
calm down.. and take a deep breath.. is it really THAT important you lose weight like this?
its unhealthy. you cant just drop weight like that super fast, without it being unhealthy.
you need to stop!

    listen man.. im a bigger guy but im a defensive lineman in football. so i have nuscle on me.. im more husky than anything. listen if theres onething I know from experience is that working out 12 hours a day is unhealthy.You are going to run your body down so quick. i would stop doing this and resort to take about a 2 hour period ever other day to do a workout but split it 30 minutes of weights ( 3 minues resting period between each different workout), 15 minutes of rest after done, 15 minutes of cardio, 5 minutes of rest, finish with 5 minutes of cardio. this would work.

    When you go on holiday you will over eat, over drink and do little exercise and the weight will all go on in days. Plus a few more extra pounds.
    Eat sensibly all the time and do exercise like walking for one hour daily and you will get slim and stay slim.
    A few days is not sufficient time to learn to eat correctly and exercise properly.

    Buy a pedometer, clip it to your belt, and aim for an extra 1,000 steps a day. On average, sedentary people take only 2,000 to 3,000 steps a day. Adding 2,000 steps will help you maintain your current weight and stop gaining weight; adding more than that will help you lose weight.
