I don’t feel anything after a KETTLEBELL workout. HELP!?

Hey guys, i was just working out the other day with kettlebells and i did a hard workout. I felt really tired after the workout. So i woke up this morning, nothing was sore, i felt as if i coulld do the same thing again. I just want to know if this is normal because usually when i lift bench or deadlift or squat, i always feel really sore the next morning. Is this type of training worth it. Will it help increase my bench, squat, deadlift? I heard it does wonders but i want to know the best thing out there so i can get the best results possible…..thanks:)

it definately helped my lifts but i didnt really feel that sore either… soreness is not a measure of effectiveness

kettlebells -> dumbbells… no competition
