300 workout plan………..?

a) Pullups – 25 reps
b) Deadlifts with 135 lbs – 50 reps
c) Pushups – 50 reps
d) 24-inch Box jumps – 50 reps
e) Floor wipers – 50 reps
f) Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36-lbs Kettlebell – 50 reps
g) Pullups – 25 reps

this is what i found for the 300 workout, so this is what you must do just once a day? you train the same muscles every day?

once post showed that it can be done in under only 20 minutes?

this gives you the necessary cardio to burn the fat for the 8 pack?

how many days a week?

I would have expected killing Persians to be in there somewhere……

    this is all great for your muscles for real, but you need to throw in some cardio, if you dont do that, you’ll feel big, but not manuervable, my friend tried it, ye he got buff, but he was slow as a slug when it came to cardio……ADD cardio, trust me. and DO NOT DO THIS EVERYDAY. this is a pretty nice workout, so your muscles will feel it. and if you do it everyday, you’ll be sore and feel like crap, give your muscles at least one day to rest each time.
