		<description>that&#039;s almost impossible, but there is a program that i&#039;m starting tomorrow. it&#039;s a super-strict healthy de-tox/weight-loss program that lasts 6 weeks.  i&#039;m doing it with my doctor because it requires hormone shots every day. it basically reprograms your thyroid, metabolism, etc. so that you don&#039;t gain the weight back.
there&#039;s a book about it, &quot;the weight loss cure&quot; by kevin trudeau
i have a couple relatives that have done it. one was my grandmother, who&#039;s a diabetic, and she lost at least forty pounds.
