Need to lose 30 lbs in 90 days. HOW?

I need to lose 30 lbs by May 9th. (Grappling Tournament). I’m wanting to go down a weight class. I currently weigh 255, I’m 6′00". About 20-21% body fat. What are your recommendations for losing the weight without losing too much muscle? Just run my brains out? Would an eliptical machine be better? What about diet? What about lifting weights? My current weight routine is mostly medium weight/high reps. Example, for bench press, I do 135 lbs, 4 sets of 25 reps. Kettlebell swings, 35lbs, 4 sets, 25 reps. Plyo box jumps, 18 inches, 4 sets, 25 reps. Clean and press, 115 lbs, 4 sets, 10 reps. Should I reduce the lifting and increase the running? What about supplements? Lemme hear your suggestions. Thanks in advance.

If man made it, don’t eat it

NO white BREAD or SUGAR

NO FRIED FOOD…

Stay away from FAST FOOD

Walk your dog, or walk a friends dog

Don’t think of it as a diet, but think of it as a lifestyle change

I have lost 25.5 pounds in 2 months, drink lots of water. I usually eat a meal of what ever I want once a week….controlled portion….this really works………

Write down every thing you eat

Take a multi vitamin at night

    that’s almost impossible, but there is a program that i’m starting tomorrow. it’s a super-strict healthy de-tox/weight-loss program that lasts 6 weeks. i’m doing it with my doctor because it requires hormone shots every day. it basically reprograms your thyroid, metabolism, etc. so that you don’t gain the weight back.
    there’s a book about it, "the weight loss cure" by kevin trudeau
    i have a couple relatives that have done it. one was my grandmother, who’s a diabetic, and she lost at least forty pounds.
    (AND it’s designed to make you loose fat, not muscle.)
